WOO Duel in Dodge Saturday 7-2-2011

It was quite a bit cooler and the wind wasn't quite as strong so things looked pretty good going into Saturday's show. The weather report had a chance of showers so the program ran pretty quickly. Mods had been added to the program so fans got to see a lot of racing.
Maybe the biggest story of the night was the push truck that jumped the rear bumper on Kraig Kinser's car as they were pushing off for the feature. It took a wrecker to lift it off and things stopped for his crew to get the suspension checked out, but he was able to start the race.
Once again, the racing was very fast and close all through the pack. Jason Meyers led until lap 14 when Jason Sides got around him and went on to the win. Meyers managed to hold off Swindell for second.
I'd like to say a big thanks to Tommie Estes Jr and all his crew for putting on a great show in such horrible conditions!

A little suspension work and....

Their 4-wide is always an impressive sight.

The boys make a mess after the show.

For this set, I just put up singles of the WOO regulars and included more race shots. All night shots were taken using no flash and the ISO cranked up to 3200!
